Skilled Nursing Unit:
Patients who are discharged from the hospital before they are confident enough to return to their previous residence will benefit from Lakewood Senior Health Campus’ skilled unit. A special medical unit has been designed where residents will receive the nursing care and rehabilitation services needed to maximize their strength and mobility.

Memory Impaired Unit:
Lakewood Senior Health Campus has a special care unit for people afflicted with dementia, Alzheimer’s or other memory-debilitating illnesses. Small and secluded, it offered the residents a home in a secure, protected environment.
